Gel nails are extensions built in gel on top of your natural nails. At HER Beauty a new set of gel extensions costs 939 kr, takes 90 minutes and lasts up to about 4 weeks. After that you come back for a refill at 669 kr. We're at Rosenørns Allé 4 in Copenhagen V, a few minutes' walk from Forum Metro.
You choose the length and shape, from short and natural to long and bold. We do classic gel extensions and Dual Forms, and we're happy to take over a set you had done at another salon. We speak English, so just tell us what you have in mind.
New set, refill or Dual Forms
A new set is for you if you're starting fresh or have never had gel nails. We prep your nails, extend them and shape each one in gel to the length and shape you want.
Dual Forms is another way to do extensions. The gel is shaped in a form that's pressed onto the nail, which gives all ten nails an even, matching shape. Read more about Dual Forms.

How long do gel nails last?
Gel nails last up to about 4 weeks. Your natural nails keep growing, so after a while a gap appears at the cuticle. At a refill we fill that gap, rebalance the shape and refresh the colour, so you don't need a whole new set each time. Not sure which one you need? Here's our take on refill versus a new set.
Between appointments, your nails hold up best if you wear gloves for washing up and cleaning, oil your cuticles and don't use your nails as tools. More tips in our guide to making gel nails last longer.
Refill of a set from another salon
Had your gel nails done somewhere else? You can still come to us for a refill. We book 75 minutes because we first need to see how your set was built and adjust it before we fill. The price is 720 kr, and after that you're on our regular refill.
Gel nail removal
Want a break from gel or ready for something different? We remove gel nails for 309 kr in 30 minutes. We take the gel off gently, so your own nails aren't torn or filed more than they need to be. If you'd like stronger natural nails afterwards without the length, have a look at nail strengthening.
