What is Baby Boomer?
Baby Boomer is a soft fade from pink at the cuticle to white at the tip. It looks calm and grows out gracefully. Glazed Donut is a pale colour with a pearly sheen that catches the light. You choose one of them as an add-on to the treatment you book.
How it works
Step 01
Your treatment first
We do the treatment you've booked, for example Shellac or gel nails.
Step 02
Fade or glow
For Baby Boomer we blend pink and white into a soft fade. For Glazed Donut we add a pearly layer on top.
Step 03
Glossy top coat
Everything is sealed with a glossy top coat and cured under the lamp.

A little history
Glazed Donut started at the Met Gala
The glazed donut look took off after the 2022 Met Gala, when nail artist Zola Ganzorigt gave Hailey Bieber a milky-white manicure with a chrome finish. Fans gave it the name. The Baby Boomer fade is said to be named after the pink and white nails popular in the post-war baby boom years.
