Cancellation Policy and No-Shows

To provide the highest level of service at our Frederiksberg salon, we kindly ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. For late cancellations or no-shows, a fee of 50% of the treatment price will be charged. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client.

Late Arrivals

Precision is a core part of our craft. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten your treatment or cancel the appointment entirely to avoid delaying subsequent clients. Cancellations due to late arrival fall under our standard cancellation policy.

The HER Beauty Nail Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Therefore, we offer a complimentary repair guarantee if an accident occurs. We provide a 2-week guarantee on all Gel Extensions and gel reinforcements, and a 1-week guarantee on Shellac treatments.

Age Requirements for Nail Services

Our nail services are designed for adult nails. Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian to receive treatments such as Gel Extensions or Shellac at our nail clinic.
